Ana Frango Elétrico Unveils New 7” Collaboration with Brazilian Legend Marcos Valle
July 10, 2025 - By Psychic Hotline
A year after releasing their Latin Grammy–nominated album Me Chama De Gato Que Eu Sou Sua, Brazilian singer-songwriter, poet, visual artist, and producer Ana Frango Elétrico returns with two new singles: “A Sua Diversão” and “Não Tem Nada Não.” Both tracks are the result of a remarkable collaboration with legendary Brazilian artist Marcos Valle. The singles will be released digitally this summer – “A Sua Diversão” is out today – and a 7” vinyl of both tracks will follow in the Fall via selo RISCO, Mr Bongo, and Psychic Hotline.
“A Sua Diversão” is a previously unreleased song, written in partnership with Tuca Monteiro. It treasures the spontaneity and connection of live performance, offering a natural coda to the Me Chama De Gato tour. The track also features a guest vocal from Valle.
Ana shares, “So ‘A Sua Diversão’ came in perfectly, as a counterpoint to ‘Não Tem Nada Não,’ as a fitting and great farewell to the Me Chama De Gato tour…These are definitely songs that don’t point the way, but rather close a cycle.”
“These songs are a continuation of the live show from the album—a celebration and a documentation of the musical language we created throughout the process. They’re not phonographically connected to the album itself, but rather to the creative solutions we found as a band to represent it and tour with it.”
