September 11, 2025 - By Psychic Hotline

A year after releasing their Latin Grammy–nominated album Me Chama De Gato Que Eu Sou Sua, Ana Frango Elétrico returns with a new single: “Não Tem Nada Não.” This track is the result of a remarkable collaboration with legendary Brazilian artist Marcos Valle. While the single “Não Tem Nada Não” is out digitally today – a vinyl 7” pre-order of both “Não Tem Nada Não” and “A Sua Diversão” is set to release on November 21, 2025 via selo RISCO, Mr Bongo, and Psychic Hotline.

During Ana’s tour across 11 countries and over 40 sold-out shows, their cover of Valle’s “Não Tem Nada Não” quickly became a fan favorite. As audiences began tagging Valle on Instagram stories, he showed his support by reposting Ana’s performances. This online exchange blossomed into a real-life connection when the two artists met at a benefit concert for Rio Grande do Sul.

A reinterpretation of “Não Tem Nada Não” was the first idea Ana pitched to Valle when they met. Ana shares, “the connection was instant—we started talking in the dressing room, and I told him a bit about the idea of including a Crystal Waters snippet. We danced and had fun. Marcos is such an amazing and joyful person.

This modern take, infused with a hook from Crystal Waters’s “Gypsy Woman,” transforms the original track into a fluid, genre-bending experience. Together, Ana and Valle create a vibrant dialogue between generations.

Ana continues, “’Não Tem Nada Não’ was part of every show we did from the album tour. I wanted to capture that moment, that snapshot of the show and the band. It’s a record of that time and of the relationships that deepened through sharing it all. We recorded the same arrangement we play live—only now, with the honor of having my idol Marcos Valle join in.

Recorded live with a full band and featuring Valle on Rhodes piano, “Não Tem Nada Não” fuses Valle’s timeless influence with Ana’s contemporary perspective. They capture the electricity of Ana’s live performances, where improvisation and joy take center stage. More than just singles, these tracks honor Brazil’s musical past while imagining where its sound might go next.
